Dear Troop 44 and 45 Families,
At the Committee Meeting on August 25th we will be discussing transitioning the Troop 44/45 structure from Linked Troops to a Family Troop. This is an important decision for the future of the troops and we want to make sure every voice is heard. Typically scouts are not at the committee meeting so please speak to your scout ahead of time and get their input.
I have attached Family Troop Best Practices and Decision Guide if you wish to dive deeper into this decision.
Please keep in mind that regardless of the recommendation reached by the committee, the Church Leadership Team will ultimately meet on Sept 20 to make the final decision.
