Troop 44 traveled from Tallahassee to the beautiful North Georgia mountains for an incredible week at Camp Woodruff. Scouts worked hard on their merit badges, went horseback riding, and white‑water rafting, while adults completed training. Everyone enjoyed great food throughout the week, including a special private dinner at Kendell Crossing. The troop’s teamwork and spirit earned them the Honor Troop, Scouting Traditions, and Summer Camp Staff Awards, along with many individual recognitions earned by both Scouts and adults. With perfect weather and a stunning mountain backdrop, it was a week full of adventure, learning, and lasting memories for Troop 44.
